On February 8, 2022, the Governor signed Senate Bill 114 (“SB 95”) into law. This law requires employers to provide up to 80 hours (for full-time employees and prorated for part-time employees) of COVID-19 supplemental paid sick leave (SPSL) to employees who are unable to work or telework due to various qualifying reasons related to COVID-19, with up to 40 of those hours available only when an employee or family member tests 阳性(须提供阳性检测结果文件).

Free coronavirus tests are available to staff at any pharmacy utilizing health insurance.

EXPOSURE NOTIFICATION
